Lineman Canada and PowerlineTraining.ca are developing a structured trainer network so experienced Powerline Technicians and qualified training organizations can establish their relationship once, maintain their professional information, and then participate in individual training assignments without recreating the entire onboarding process for every job.

Lineman Canada supports the commercial relationship, industry network and assignment framework connecting clients, training providers and experienced trainers.

PowerlineTraining.ca supports training discovery, trainer onboarding, scheduling, administration and delivery workflows across the connected network.
Qualified Training Companies
Training organizations may participate as Authorized Training Providers for approved training areas, subject to the applicable agreement, qualifications, insurance and assignment requirements.
Experienced Individual Powerline Professionals
Experienced individual Powerline Technicians and other qualified industry professionals may participate as Independent Authorized Trainers within defined areas of demonstrated experience and approved training scope.
Each training job gets its own scope.
Once a trainer or provider has completed the master onboarding framework, each awarded training engagement can use an Assignment Confirmation identifying the client, training scope, dates, location, compensation and other assignment-specific requirements.
Credentials and insurance are reviewed as separate evidence.
Trainer profiles support qualifications, credential evidence, approved training areas, experience, insurance evidence and expiry, service areas, availability, training-development history, employer opportunities, proposals, assignments and delivery records. Lineman Canada can show which evidence has been reviewed without representing a blanket certification of trainer competency.
Trainer registration or profile completion does not by itself authorize delivery of a specific course or guarantee an assignment. Training scope and assignment approval are confirmed separately.
