Roles, Role Switching & Profiles

A single Lineman ID can support multiple active roles. Student is intended for entry-to-trade and learner-focused pathways. Worker is for workforce, career, readiness and training tools. Employer is for verified company recruiting, workforce and training workflows. Trainer is for trainer profiles, proposals, training delivery and related records. When two or more active roles are available, use the platform's Switch Role function rather than signing up again. Your available pages and actions depend on the active role and the modules currently enabled. If something expected is missing, first confirm that you are signed into the correct Lineman ID and operating under the intended role.
